Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CFA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in Big 4 transaction advisory.
• Experience in AEC industry is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with strategic insights.
• Perform monthly variance analyses and suggest improvements for future performance.
• Perform due diligence and build forecasts for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting to support decision‑making across the organization.
• Ensure future work is accurately represented in project-level forecasts.
• Compile reporting data for business insurance renewals and industry publications.
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
