ODL, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting. Based near Zeeland, MI, this role collaborates across departments to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.

The position requires strong analytical and leadership skills and a capability to lead cross-functional initiatives. The role involves engagement with manufacturing cost analyses, internal/external audits, and the development of consolidated financial reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting, financial analysis, or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timely, accurate reporting.
• Provide insights by comparing results to budgets/forecasts with written leadership commentary.
• Support audit procedures and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
