Mantis Innovation is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to identify, design, and implement utility and infrastructure improvements across client facilities. You will lead technical assessments, feasibility studies, project scoping, and engineering design to support informed investment decisions and optimized performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–10 years of experience in utility system modernization or energy infrastructure.
• Experience supporting industrial/commercial projects.
• Technical experience with utility, HVAC, mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and collect data to establish baselines.
• Analyze infrastructure to identify energy and operation improvements.
• Perform feasibility studies for utility modernization and efficiency.
• Develop project scopes, savings calculations, and cost estimates.
• Prepare technical recommendations for client proposals.
• Lead design engineering activities and ensure quality.
• Coordinate internal and external engineering resources.
• Manage engineering support during project implementation.
