Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Senior Director, Clinical Data Management (CDM), Oncology, to provide strategic and operational leadership for oncology CDM within Data and Agentic Operations. You will drive timely delivery of high-quality trial data and oversee modernization toward AI-enabled, risk-based data management, while maintaining GCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience in clinical data management or related data functions.
• Oncology CDM experience, including late-phase or registrational studies, preferred.
• Experience leading modernization with automation, advanced analytics, or AI/ML-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for the oncology CDM organization.
• Lead CDM for diverse oncology programs with governance of data deliverables for trials.
• Drive AI/automation strategy and oversee compliant use of AI in CDM.
