Job summary

Genmab A/S is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Management in Princeton, NJ. This role combines lead data management and hands-on DM work to drive trial data integrity across multiple development projects.

You will oversee data collection, validation, and eDC setup, manage DM vendors, and ensure adherence to ICH‑GCP and Genmab SOPs. A senior data management leader with extensive CDA/CDISC experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in science or related field.
• 10+ years in clinical data management within biotech/pharma.
• Experience with CDISC (SDTM) and data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain data management activities across trials.
• Oversee DM vendors, budgets, KPIs, and data packages.
• Represent DM in cross-functional meetings and with partners.
• Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Drive data management planning, setup, validation and reporting.
