Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or quantitative analysis.
• Strong foundations in experimental design, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and statistical/ML modeling.
• Fluency in SQL and Python (or R), and comfort with large-scale data in cloud warehouses/lakes.

Responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous business problems as crisp, testable data and modeling questions.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B and beyond) and contribute to centralized experimentation tracking.
• Build statistical and ML models for audience segmentation, bid/UA optimization, lifetime value, and attribution.
• Partner with ML and Data Engineering to productionize models and feed insights into decision frameworks.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and executive audiences, and mentor other analysts and scientists.
