Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior marketing leader to drive lifecycle messaging for internal AI platforms. You will own positioning, asset production, and end-to-end GTM launches while coordinating with product teams and compliance to ensure responsible AI communications.

You will oversee funnel analysis from awareness to first use, deliver reusable playbooks, and push for adoption and retention through data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing/Comms/Digital Media (or related).
• 6–8+ years product/digital/brand marketing; strong portfolio.
• Experience with awareness-to-first-use funnel and end-to-end launches.
• Messaging architecture; playbooks; persona translation.
• Hands-on asset production; cross-functional launch orchestration.
• Daily hands-on AI tool use; regulatory review in regulated industry.
• Comfort tying engagement metrics to adoption/retention.

Responsibilities

• Segment internal AI platform messaging by lifecycle stage and adapt for differences.
• Own competitive positioning and message testing; maintain message library.
• Lead end-to-end internal GTM/launch: strategy, pre-launch demand, launch sequencing.
• Own top-of-funnel to first use and build always-on demand between launches.
• Establish reusable launch playbook and govern messaging standards.
• Partner with Experience Architecture/Product to ground messaging; feed insights.
• Define and socialize ethical/responsible AI messaging; ensure compliance checks.
• Write/design/produce campaign assets; create launch copy/visuals/video.
• Set campaign targets and connect metrics to 30-day active use.
