Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, engineering, or business.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in cost estimation or project controls.
• Experience understanding estimating from conceptual through construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed capital cost estimates using company tools and historical data.
• Perform material quantity take-offs and labor pricing; obtain costing from vendors.
• Coordinate information flow with project team to complete estimates on time; input data into databases.
• Develop Basis documents and escalation, cash flow, and interest calculations for estimates.
• Lead development of engineering equipment lists and engineering studies; support project controls.
