Job summary

Creative Office Resources seeks a Senior Dealership Designer to plan, specify, and manage contract furniture for multifaceted projects across healthcare, office, and hospitality settings. This role emphasizes CET/CAP experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and collaboration with MillerKnoll partners to deliver high-quality, detailed drawings and specifications.

The position is hybrid (3 days in office) with responsibilities including space planning, site verification, and client presentations,

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience drawing and specifying systems furniture in CET or CAP required.
• 5+ years’ experience in the A&D and commercial interiors industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
• CET, CAP Designer, CAP Worksheet, and SketchUp experience preferred.
• BS or BA degree in Interior Design from a FIDER/CIDA accredited institution preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and technical proficiency
• Knowledge of building, accessibility, and life safety codes
• Ability to coordinate, plan, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities and high-volume workload effectively with speed and accuracy
• Self-motivated, innovative, and team-focused
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Programming and space planning for client projects.
• Site verification and product specifications.
• Create drawings and manage product inventory.
• Coordinate with consultants and select fabrics and finishes.
• Assist sales with client presentations.
