The role partners with leaders to translate complex initiatives into clear communications, providing strategic counsel, executive messaging and engaging content across internal channels while upholding PHS voice and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, journalism or related field.
• 8+ years in internal communications or marketing with campaign execution.
• Experience shaping communications strategies for organizational change and employee engagement.
• Robust writing and editing across channels (print, digital, broadcast).
• Strong project management; ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Ability to work with residents, coworkers, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Write and edit executive communications, newsletters, feature stories, campaign materials and digital content.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences.
• Ensure content reflects brand standards, voice and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and initiatives; provide strategic counsel.
• Monitor budgets and manage project timelines and resources.
