Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Sr. System and Network Engineer to join a hybrid Northern Virginia IT team. You will own Microsoft 365 administration, Azure, and security initiatives in a cloud-first SaaS environment.

This contract-to-hire role requires hands-on support for networking, identity, and endpoint management, with onsite work three days per week and collaboration with IT leadership on modernization efforts.

Qualifications

Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
Azure and Intune expertise.
Networking knowledge including firewalls, switches, and VLANs.
Experience in cloud-first or SaaS environments.
Ability to work onsite in Northern Virginia three days per week.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Purview, and Security.
Manage Azure, Entra ID, Intune, policy deployments, and endpoint management.
Support networking infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless technologies, and VLANs.
Evaluate and improve cloud infrastructure and security posture.
Provide senior-level technical support and infrastructure administration.
Partner closely with IT leadership on modernization initiatives.
