Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex, litigated transportation claims or other claims related experience in commercial liability, preferably in commercial auto claims.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with insured's in-house claims departments or third party administrators to guide and direct the insured's claims process and settlements.
• Conduct claim reviews and establish case evaluations for LOC purposes; ensure reserve adequacy on excess losses; focus on risk management and mitigation.
