Job description

Job Function:

1. Drive the assigned components of key initiatives within strategic program efforts and support related corporate and agency priorities.
2. Participate in the creation and review of process documentation activities, maintain alignment of process flows and drive adoption and compliance, working closely with existing departmental teams and/or agencies.
3. Participate in operational excellence and future state design, working within the operations team to recognize areas for improvement, support data analytics for quantitative insights to improvement areas.
4. Engage key parties within specific programs to gather and rationalize business requirements, defining measurable improvements of programs as necessary, supporting training and change management.
5. Ensure visibility of project status for both internal teams and agencies via existing governance structures in place including consolidated status reporting and reviews, dependency management, and issue/risk management.
6. Own quarterly reporting of metrics including processes and project capital spending.
