Job summary

Elevance Health (Anthem) is seeking a BI Developer Senior to design and develop analytic applications and reporting tools across BI platforms. The role supports data-driven decision making by transforming business requirements into actionable dashboards and reports.

You will report to a Pulse Point location and collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance, and Process Improvement teams, delivering scalable BI solutions within a hybrid in-office structure.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 3+ years' experience on one platform.
• Experience building interactive Tableau dashboards and front-end reporting experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to translate complex concepts for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
• Collaborates with engineers for ideas supporting interactive dashboards and reports.
• Develops and maintains data-driven BI solutions using SQL and Tableau.
• Mentors team members on coding standards and reviews and supports testing and deployment.
