Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Phoenix seeks a Senior Audit Associate for a locally owned CPA and business advisory firm. This role will manage clients and staff across Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Estate/Gift niches, with a hybrid work schedule and a base salary up to $90,000 DOE.

Responsibilities include performing fieldwork, preparing financial statements, supervising staff, and developing client relationships while ensuring GAAP/OCBOA and GAAS

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years public accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA Candidate.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants.
• Develop new client relationships and services.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
