Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of adult professional learning design and facilitation.
• Extensive knowledge of best instructional practices and the needs of beginning educators.
• Considerable knowledge of curriculum and curriculum design across multiple content areas, including standards-alignment.
• Extensive knowledge of North Carolina Professional Teaching Standards.
• Extensive knowledge of the educator licensure process, regulations, and requirements.
• Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Canvas and related tech.
• Excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities.
• Ability to design and deliver professional development to adult learners.
• Strong data analysis and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff and maintain effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Designs, operationalizes, manages, and promotes the EPP for resident teachers in two-district partnership.
• Oversees recruiting, licensure, and coaching of resident teachers with HR.
• Leads remote coaching and professional development with contracted staff.
• Supports supervision of the CCTI Administrator and coaching team.
• Submits licensure applications and maintains licensure tracking data.
• Maintains communication with district HR, resident teachers, and NCDPI.
• Recruits resident educators and manages acceptance in partnership with districts.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and reports to stakeholders.
