Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q/10-K) with supporting workpapers.
• Prepare stand-alone financial statements and disclosure notes.
• Use financial reporting software to maintain reporting templates and data queries.
• Research accounting guidance to ensure GAAP and SEC compliance.
• Support external audits and internal control testing per Sarbanes‑Oxley.
• Assist ad hoc financial reporting projects.
