• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• Experience standardizing accounting processes in multi-entity/high-growth environments.
• Strong experience documenting SOPs and implementing process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with system implementations or upgrades.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across corporate and operations teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efforts to standardize accounting policies and procedures across the organization.
• Develop, document, and maintain clear and scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control.
• Support rollout of new financial systems and technologies, including process design and user adoption.
• Partner with leadership and business unit stakeholders to align on financial processes.
• Assist in building a scalable finance infrastructure to support growth and integration of new partnerships.
