Job summary

Cambia Health is hiring a Software Development Engineer I or II for a hybrid role across several offices including Salt Lake City, Boise, and Portland. The role involves developing, debugging, and deploying applications, as well as data pipelines and system testing in a distributed team.

You will work with modern tech stacks, participate in CI/CD, and contribute to design decisions while collaborating with business and technical partners to improve health journeys for members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/Eng/related field; multi-platform development experience.
• Experience in a multi-platform environment and application or database development.
• Candidate for Engineer II should have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains efficient and maintainable program code.
• Participates in Communities of Practice and Team Champion roles.
• Develops solutions to complex business problems in software systems.
• Contributes to software design and estimation activities.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation.
• Seeks to improve policies and procedures.
