Responsibilities

What you can expect to do:

• Provide social-emotional services to support student success, collaborating with school teams and families.
• Deliver individual or group counseling services in accordance with IEPs or BIPs.
• Create and participate in IEPs, including social-emotional goal setting.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop behavior plans and transition strategies.
• Implement behavior management strategies, including crisis intervention when necessary.
• Support social-emotional learning through targeted curricula and interventions.
• Provide in-service training and collaborate with external partners.
• Maintain documentation according to regulations.

Qualifications

What we expect of you:

• Professional licensure (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCMHC).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related fields.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings.

Salary Range

USD $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
