Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Psychologist in Topeka, KS for a full-time hybrid schedule. You’ll evaluate students, participate in IEPs, and advise teachers and staff to support academic and social-emotional outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, evidence-based practices, and inclusive education. Work-life balance is emphasized with three days onsite and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology is required.
• Active Kansas Psychology Licensure is required.
• K–12 school setting experience is preferred.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and collaboration abilities are expected.
• Dedication to supporting diverse learners and inclusive educational practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret findings.
• Collaborate in IEP meetings and assist in developing individualized education plans.
• Provide guidance to teachers and staff on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports.
• Help implement evidence-based interventions in general and special education settings.
• Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to a positive, safe school environment.
• Track and monitor student progress using data-driven practices for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
