Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a School Based Clinician to support K-12 students through virtual counseling, case management, and prevention programming.

You will work with PALCS and Pennsylvania stakeholders to identify social, emotional, and behavioral health needs, delivering services that are family-focused and child-centered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services discipline is required.
• Clinical licensure is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of verified paid experience providing mental health treatment is required.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, or school-based populations preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health support services to K-12 students via virtual counseling, case management, SAP assessments, prevention programming, and consultation.
• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community stakeholders to address students’ needs.
• Identify and address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral health needs.
• Deliver family-focused, student-centered services aligned with the agency’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

Position Overview

Location: Serving students enrolled in Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School (PALCS) throughout Pennsylvania)

As a School Based Clinician, you will provide mental health support services to K-12 students through virtual counseling, case management, SAP assessments, prevention programming, and consultation. Working closely with school personnel, families, and community stakeholders, you will help identify and address students' social, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

Devereux Pennsylvania's School-Based Mental Health Services provides resources, education, and support to children and families living with emotional, behavioral, and cognitive differences. School Based Clinicians deliver services that are family-focused, student-centered, and aligned with the agency's Vision, Mission, and Values.
