Job summary

The Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a PRN Sarcoma Pathologist to join the Department of Pathology. The role focuses on providing expert diagnostic support for sarcoma cases and signing out assigned specimens, with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule including in-office and remote work across the United States.

Candidates should have completed a Sarcoma Pathology fellowship, at least five years of pathology experience, and be comfortable with digital pathology workflows.

Qualifications

• Completed a Sarcoma Pathology fellowship and at least 5 years of pathology experience.
• Experience with digital pathology or remote workflows.
• Florida medical license or eligible; Board certification in AP or AP/CP.
• Experience in an academic multidisciplinary university clinical setting preferred.
• Expertise in Sarcoma Pathology in a high-volume academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic support for the Sarcoma Pathology service and sign-out assigned cases.
• Support remote sign-out capabilities using digital pathology.
• Contribute to high-volume academic diagnostic workflows.
