Job summary

The PRN Breast Pathologist at Moffitt Cancer Center will provide expert diagnostic support for the Breast Pathology service, primarily assisting with the sign-out of assigned breast pathology cases. The role supports patient care and education within a leading academic cancer center in Florida.

Ideal candidates will have fellowship in a pathology sub-specialty or 5+ years of pathology experience, Florida license or eligibility, and board certification in AP or AP/CP.

Qualifications

• Fellowship in a Pathology sub-specialty or at least 5 years of pathology experience.
• Florida Medical license or eligibility; board certification in AP or AP/CP.
• Extensive experience sign-out of Breast pathology or fellowship in Breast Pathology with 2+ years post-fellowship.
• Academic multidisciplinary university clinical setting experience preferred.
• Expertise in Breast Pathology within a high-volume academic environment; commitment to diagnostic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist sign-out of assigned breast pathology cases and support pathologists.
• Provide expert diagnostic input to Breast Pathology service and ensure accuracy in case sign-out.
