Job summary

Cognex Corporation, Natick, MA, seeks a SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to shape and deliver SAP capabilities across global functions. You will guide a global team, partner with business and IT, and drive scalable SAP solutions to improve operations and service quality.

The role requires deep SAP supply chain expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering in complex, global environments. The position is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 at home) from Cognex HQ in Natick, MA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of progressive SAP experience across implementation, enhancement, and support environments.
Deep experience in MM, PP, QM, PLM, LE, GTS, and IBP modules.
Experience leading global SAP teams and delivering across internal/external resources.
Experience with Agile delivery models and cross-functional project execution.
Experience with S/4HANA in on-premises and/or cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Define and advance SAP roadmap for global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Trade.
Lead delivery, enhancements, and support of SAP across core domains and advise on configurations.
Lead and develop a global SAP team with clear priorities and accountability.
Advise business/IT leaders on strategic initiatives and modernization opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Collaborate with EA and delivery teams on roadmap, integration, and governance.
