Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior level; 2+ years for Journey; 4 years for Associate.
• SAP knowledge and ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and define SAP-enabled improvements.
• Design, configure, test, and support SAP functionality within assigned areas.
• Analyze processes, data, integration, and security to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop functional specs, designs, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Support testing, deployments, and post-implementation support for SAP changes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes using SAP.
