Job summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Process Analyst, Plan Source Transcend, for a hybrid role at the New Brunswick, NJ site (also Irvine, CA; Irving, TX; San Angelo, TX). Reporting to the EP/Neuro Plan/Source Lead, you translate business requirements into backlog items, support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA design and testing, and drive alignment across planning, procurement, and finance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years in supply chain planning, procurement, or related function.
- Experience with ERP implementations; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into backlog items.
- Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Develop and maintain backlog items with business value and acceptance criteria.
- Support design and validation of future-state Plan and Source processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Drive alignment across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Master Data.
- Translate requirements into functional specs and support testing activities.
