EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and SAP-based technical solutions. You’ll analyze business models to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure architecture aligns with business goals.

Role includes managing processes, delivering high-quality SAP projects, and leading teams with a focus on risk management. Occasional travel may be required, with a flexible, hybrid work model at EY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 4–6 years of experience with SAP Project Systems; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery.
• Deep knowledge of Project Systems processes and ability to deliver complex requirements.
• Proficiency with core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, PM) and ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
