Armacell is seeking an Internal Support Analyst to guide the Customer Service team, optimize order processing, and enhance satisfaction. The role is based in Mebane, NC, with a hybrid schedule after onboarding and on-site Wednesdays.

The candidate should have 5–10 years in customer service and SAP experience, plus strong Excel skills and professional communication. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a pathway to improve department efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 5–10 years in customer service environment.
• 3–5 years SAP experience with Advanced MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve internal procedures to maintain high customer service levels.
• End user for SAP SD processes and attend SAP Key User meetings.
• Coordinate SAP training and monitor CS & IST procedures with supervisor.
• Run monthly KPI Customer Service reports and support KPI targets.
• Assist management with process improvements and month-end close tasks.
