Job summary

Henkel is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end salon testing programs within its Consumer Brands unit. You will collaborate with chemists and cross-functional teams to align testing timing, methods, and outcomes.

This hybrid role requires 7+ years hair experience and a cosmetology license, plus strong project management and data skills. You will help build a national salon network and develop training materials for internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hair category experience, including salon environments and professional haircare.
• Cosmetology license / CT License for hairdressing preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of salon testing programs and ensure timely submissions.
• Collaborate with chemists to define testing needs and methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects on timings and approaches.
• Maintain systems for test tracking, data collection, and workflow efficiency.
• Develop scalable processes for sample distribution and testing logistics.
• Build and expand a national network of salons, academies, and partners.
• Onboard new partners to strengthen testing capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain salon training programs.
• Translate testing findings into actionable insights for teams.
• Monitor competitive launches and conduct benchmarking.
