Qualifications

• 8+ years of programming experience.
• Strong Salesforce development skills with Apex, Flows, and LWC.
• Bachelor’s degree; Salesforce admin experience preferred.
• Experience with OmniStudio, Public Sector Solutions, Gearset or OwnBackup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce features using Apex, Flows, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce data models.
• Gather requirements and create scalable, easy-to-use solutions.
• Manage platform updates, security reviews, testing, releases, and production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and support DevOps activities.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams and guide junior developers.
