Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products, is seeking an Account Representative for a hybrid role in the United States. You will undergo a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge, and skills for advancement.

The role emphasizes building relationships with customers in a designated territory, growing the book of business through cold calls, and applying structured planning and reporting to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers in designated territory to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Plan weekly routes and priorities to maximize territory growth and visits.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following company sales programs and workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
