The role blends customer service with basic vehicle services, supporting sales and store operations, and offering a strong growth path within the organization. The position emphasizes learning both customer-facing and back-of-house tasks, with on-the-job training and opportunities for ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Role: 75% customer service, sales, and issue resolution.
• Basic vehicle service tasks: oil, tires, fluids (25%).
• Store operations: opening/closing, inventory, displays; as needed.
