Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Florida seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician hybrid role. You will serve customers, recommend products and/or services, and perform entry-level vehicle services to ensure satisfaction and timely completion.

The position blends front counter and basic shop work, with opportunities for growth into management while learning all store operations and systems. Competitive hourly pay offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
