Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a hybrid Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to engage customers, assess needs and recommend products/services. You will perform entry-level vehicle services and ensure satisfaction through timely completion of tasks, learning all store operations along the way.

The role blends front-of-store customer interaction with back-shop tasks, offering growth toward store-management responsibilities. Salary ranges from $16.00 to $23.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license required.
• Customer service and growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales and issue resolution – ~75% of time.
• Basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) – ~25% of time.
• Store operations: opening/closing, inventory and display maintenance.
