Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid role. You will assist customers, assess needs, and perform entry-level vehicle services while delivering great service and timely completion. The position integrates front-end sales with back-shop work.

The pay range is $17.39–$27.17 per hour, and Bridgestone commits to fair compensation and ongoing training, including ASE certifications, with opportunities for growth and career development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution - 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids - 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays, as needed.
