Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) for BSRO hybrid stores. This unique role blends customer service, sales, and basic vehicle service tasks, with a pathway for growth within BSRO and Bridgestone.

You will assess customer needs, recommend products and services, perform entry-level vehicle services, handle store operations, and contribute to a positive Boss experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role: customer service, sales, issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
• Handle store operations: opening/closing, inventory, displays.
