Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid store role. You will assess customer needs, recommend products or services, and perform entry-level vehicle services while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion of tasks.

The role offers hands-on training, growth potential, and a pay range of $16.80–$25.10 per hour, with benefits starting day one and opportunities for ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service mindset and interest in career growth.
• Ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, and issue resolution accounting for about 75% of the role.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks such as oil changes, tires, and fluids (about 25%).
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and displays.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front and back shop tasks.
