Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers by assessing needs and recommending products and services. The role blends front‑of‑store service with basic vehicle tasks, building customer trust and sales opportunities.

This hybrid position emphasizes cross training, growth within the store, and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment. Pay ranges reflect experience and local market rates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Role – customer service, sales and issue resolution (about 75% of time).
• Basic vehicle service tasks including oil, tires and fluids (about 25%).
• Store operations duties such as opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances to support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front and back shop tasks.
