Job summary

Medix Technology in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Recruiter to learn and execute our recruiting process, sourcing candidates via diverse channels, conducting phone screens and interviews, and driving candidate progression. You’ll build relationships with clients and candidates, develop territory plans, and contribute to sales objectives while enjoying hybrid work and benefits.

This role is ideal for 0-3+ years in sales, with strong communication, and a drive to grow with a dynamic healthcare tech

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years experience in inside or outside sales
• Proven track record of success in previous role
• Experience prospecting and developing a territory plan
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, networking groups, and other creative outlets.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, virtual interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly performance quotas for screenings, interviews, reference checks, and resume submissions.
• Generate and pursue sales leads to expand business opportunities.
• Engage in weekly progress meetings to strengthen product knowledge and recruitment strategies.
• Shadow account executives during client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
• Take part in ongoing coaching sessions, role plays, and weekly progress meetings.
