Job summary

NWU is offering a paid, full-time, summer internship in Milwaukee with a hybrid work model (onsite at the Milwaukee HQ at least 3 days per week, up to 2 remote). The program lasts about 11 weeks and includes mentorship, structured onboarding, and opportunities to network with interns and leadership.

Applicants should be enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Data Analytics, or Business, and be at junior or senior status by Fall 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Data Analytics, or Business
• Junior or Senior status as of Fall 2027
• Basic understanding of general business principles and a desire to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Office365 experience is a plus
• Ability to collaborate across teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and organizing work efficiently
• Self-starter with a growth mindset
• Available to work 40 hours per week during the summer

Responsibilities

• Support sales enablement tools and initiatives
• Provide cross-functional support to the Commercial Excellence team, including analytics, CRM, pricing, and sales excellence
• Assist with training programs for customer and associate development
• Partner with Sales and the SEAL program on specific training needs
• Maintain tools and technologies that enhance the sales process and drive revenue growth
• Gather and analyze sales feedback to improve tool efficiency
• Contribute to digital demand creation campaigns
• Support channel programs and gain B2B marketing experience
