Responsibilities

• Lead Application Engineering group and drive annual business plans with clear goals.
• Report status of business plans monthly and quarterly.
• Develop and support national accounts to secure new and replacement business.
• Coordinate and follow up on product sales leads from Marketing/Communications.
• Develop and conduct refrigeration training for products and tools.
