Job summary

Fortive Careers seeks a Safety/RadioTest Engineer to drive regulatory certifications and compliance for Fluke products. You will evaluate designs, plan tests, and prepare reports for international certification bodies while coordinating with third‑party labs.

The role requires hands-on lab work with RF/wireless topics, strong documentation skills, and collaboration across engineering teams. Hybrid work in Everett, WA is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or higher recommended.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product safety, RF compliance or EMC evaluation or related lab work.

Responsibilities

• Review new product designs and evaluate designs against evolving standards.
• Define and document test plans and ISO 17025 compliant results.
• Coordinate with third‑party labs to obtain certified radio and EMC approvals.
• Prepare and defend test reports to certification bodies such as CSA and ETL.
• Develop test equipment procedures and maintain equipment performance.
