Job summary

Access is seeking a Transportation/Record Center Specialist in a hybrid role to drive Access vehicles, ensuring safe and legal delivery and pickup of client documents. When not driving, you will manage and process assets in our Records Center and handle daily work orders with accuracy.

Role requires a valid license, clean driving record, and ability to pass DOT screening. Expect interaction with clients, overtime as needed, and travel between facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of route transportation experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, a background check, and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive Access vehicles and ensure safe, timely delivery and pick-up of client materials.
• Load/unload material with flatbeds and hand trucks; maintain a clean vehicle.
• Process daily work orders, scan barcodes, and manage shipments per procedures.
• Complete driver paperwork accurately and on time; communicate issues to supervisor.
• Interact professionally with clients and coordinate with Client Services as needed.
• Travel between facilities when necessary and perform overtime as required.
