Job summary

Providence is seeking a Supervisor Care Management RN to oversee CM and UM activities for US Family Health Plan, ensuring efficient care coordination and timely referrals. The role supports adherence to TRICARE policies and internal procedures while managing staff schedules and department operations.

Collaborate with the Director of Operations and USFHP Medical Director(s) to establish annual goals and drive performance in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with Washington RN license at hire.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise case management (CM) and utilization management (UM) functions.
• Coordinate services to move patients through the continuum of care.
• Review and authorize medical necessity for admitted patients and outpatient referrals.
• Ensure adherence to TRICARE policy guidelines and department policies.
• Manage staff schedules and supervise department operations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations and USFHP Medical Director(s) to set yearly CM/UM goals.
