Shady Grove Fertility is seeking a Specialty Services Team Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in the United States. This role supports coordination of care for third-party patients, partners with physicians and staff, and ensures timely documentation in the EMR.

You'll work Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend coverage, in a hybrid/remote-friendly environment. We value compassionate, patient-centered care and offer comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as SGF Nurse Coordinator or equivalent
• Proficient with EMR systems; NextGen experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage multiple patients, priorities and time-sensitive duties
• Hybrid/remote work capability

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management and treatment for third-party patients per clinical protocols.
• Serve as primary nursing contact for patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care with physicians, clinical staff, agencies, and external partners.
• Schedule treatments, appointments, and external monitoring.
• Enter monitoring results accurately into EMR and ensure timely physician review.
