Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and basic office equipment.
• Knowledge of client-based equipment.
• Must pass criminal background and sanction screening.
• Professional demeanor and appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Nursing Care: coordinate nursing care, home health aide services, and therapies after Department of Labor approval.
• Ensure Confidentiality: protect all client and office records per HIPAA and PHI.
• Facilitate Communication: promote effective collaboration among care team for cohesive care.
• Additional Duties: perform other duties to support the team and patient care.
