Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide 24/7 oversight of patients receiving acute-level care at home from Macon, GA. The role combines admission and discharge workflows via Epic with virtual care delivery using Secure Chat, in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate has an RN license for GA, BLS certification, and 2 years of inpatient experience, preferably ER/ICU, plus strong communication and technology skills to support virtual care delivery.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
2 years of recent inpatient experience, preferably in ER or ICU settings.
GA RN license.
Strong communication and technology skills for virtual care delivery.

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
