Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience handling a large volume of insurance claims.
• Litigation experience required.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Incident & Claims Management: manage a large volume of general liability claims, submit claims, investigate, and drive quick resolution.
• Litigation Support: assist in-house counsel with discovery, research, and trial prep.
• Contract Review: review tenant leases and vendor contracts to determine tender opportunities with carriers.
• COI Compliance: work with outside vendors to ensure proper handling of COI tracking program.
• Administrative Support: maintain electronic files and Excel spreadsheets for Risk Management.
