Cambia Health is seeking Risk Adjustment Auditor I or II to perform retrospective and prospective chart reviews for accurate risk adjustment reporting. The role supports quality reviews, trend analysis, and process improvements across multiple offices with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Healthcare or related field required.
1 year of experience in clinical coding or auditing for Auditor I.
3 years of experience in clinical coding or auditing for Auditor II.

Responsibilities

Perform retrospective and prospective chart reviews for risk adjustment reporting.
Conduct quality reviews of vendor coding in support of risk adjustment processes.
Verify accuracy and completeness of provider-reported diagnosis codes from medical records.
Identify trends in provider and vendor coding and communicate with leadership.
Support process and quality improvement initiatives and stay compliant with regulatory mandates.
Mentor junior staff and assist with special risk adjustment projects.
